Core Returns

When you purchase a part through us, you will receive an order number/confirmation to your email. If a part you purchased had a core charge, you are eligible to return your old part (core). Certain products can be reconditioned, recycled, or remanufactured to OEM standards for future sale and use. The components that are to be remanufactured have a core deposit. This deposit is fully refundable when a customer returns the "core." In short, the "core" is your old part. Send us your old part and the core deposit will be refunded to you. Shipping charges to return a core are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

• Cores must be drained of internal fluids. This is to reduce risk of spills which could become an environmental hazard during shipping.
• Core Returns are subject to inspection. Cores with cracked housings, broken shafts, or major components broken will not be eligible for core return credit.

Cores are not subject to a restocking fee. Credit will issued to the original purchaser and payment method. If you purchased the part at our in-store location you may return the core back to that original store location for credit.
