Return Policy

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the goods in any way please contact our Customer Service Team at support@truckpartsdirect.com. You may return goods and receive a refund provided:

  • They are received back at our Returns Department within 28 days. This 28 day period commences the day after your order has been shipped.
  • They have not been damaged or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for customized products.

We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Returns must be submitted with an RGA and returned with freight prepaid. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all return items except core returns. Please note that if the returns process is not followed, Truck Parts Direct is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us. All sales involving customized products are final and may not be returned. Please also note that you do not have a statutory cancellation right for customized products. If you purchased a customized product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@truckpartsdirect.com within 10 days of receiving your purchase.

If you purchased a customized product at a retail location and receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the specific store where the purchase was made. For a list of US stores, please refer to the Store Locator section of our website.

Final sale items may not be returned.
